FAQ's
Q. If I order more than one service for my party, will I receive a discount?
A. The first service (performer) you hire will be charged in full and every service after that at the same event will have a discounted rate.
Q. How far ahead do I have to book?
A. We operate as a first come first serve basis. We have a lot of highly trained and skilled entertainers that we are able send for our customers however spots are limited. We can often make last minute accommodations but, we cannot guarantee accomodations until the booking process has been completed.
Q. How will I know my party has been booked?
A. Right Choice will send you a scheduled contract with all of the details that you’ve submitted to us after the booking process has been completed. Once the booking process has been completed and we have sent you a contract,then you will have officially become a customer of Right Choice and we guarantee 100% that we will always honour that commitment.
Q. Can I change my event time and or date after completion of booking?
A. Right Choice does our best to accommodate our clients scheduling and that includes time and date however, we cannot guarantee that we can make any changes after a contract has been written. The more time in advanced that we are given the more likely it is that we can make requested changes.
Q. How can I pay for the services?
A. All methods of payments will be illustrated in booking process and written in bold at the bottom of every contract and they MUST be followed accordingly.
