Cancellation Policy
Down Payments Are Non-Refundable
Down payments are non-refundable with no exceptions.
The only exception would be during a mandatory government lockdown such as a Covid-19 lockdown.

Any inquiries regarding your event cancellation or rescheduling must be submitted in writing by email to:

1. General Policy
No staff at Right Choice Children’s Entertainment would have any authority to bend these cancellation policies at any point, as these are non-refundable down payments.
In the event that you decide to cancel your event for any reason other than a government mandated Covid-19 lockdown, we require 48 hours notice prior to your event date.
Following your cancellation notice, your deposit amount shall be held on your file, without expiration, and applied to your rescheduled event date.
2. Covid-19 Lockdown Policy
In the event that a mandatory government lockdown is issued and you are legally unable to host your upcoming event, your deposit amount will be returned to you in full upon request.
This policy does not require notice on the client’s behalf.
